Vingt PARIS est une agence proposant des services immobiliers, pour l’essentiel à une clientèle étrangère et non résidente. Dans le cadre de son expansion, Vingt PARIS recrute des agents commerciaux. Elle est située en plein cœur de Paris, rue Saint-Honoré, à proximité immédiate de la place Vendôme.
La mission de l’agent immobilier indépendant est double:
- Développer et maintenir un portefeuille de biens haut de gamme, en s’appuyant sur un réseau déjà bien établi
- Accompagner les clients de Vingt PARIS dans leur projet de recherche immobilière
Vous serez formé(e) sur les process et les méthodes de Vingt Paris à votre prise de fonction et accompagné dans le cadre du développement de l’activité.

Our ideal VINGT Paris Sales agent is well suited to manage multiple lines of prospecting activities at all times while maintaining consistency and company integrity. ISAs possess the ability to work closely with others, including real estate agents, sellers and potential buyers. The role includes individual face-to-face and group interactions that require strong verbal and presentation skills. Solid follow-up skills and a passion for hitting sales goals is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a pipeline of leads with consistent follow-up
- Meet with local real estate agents to build interest and drive traffic
- Formulate an incredible showing tour and know all property details
- Host Open Houses
- Utilize inside sales, marketing and regional staff to leverage outreach
- Dress and act in a professional manner expected in the luxury market
- Act as point of contact and key communicator with property owner
- Understand dynamics of real estate sales process and industry jargon
- Daily updating of company CRM (Solve) and back-office (Immo-facile)
- Be able to speak about other current company sales and marketing
- Get qualified buyers to register as formal search clients and sign Mandate de Recherche
- Understand and explain the benefits of buying a property with a search agent

- 3+ years of face-to-face direct sales experience

- Internet and social media savvy
- Organized and meets deadlines
- Confident and proactive problem solver
- Can keep things confidential, discreet
- Build and maintains strong business relationships
