Throughout all our exchanges, the VINGT Paris team were prompt, efficient and very informative and pleasant. The site was easy to navigate; the information provided before our arrival was complete and to our satisfaction; and our contact person, Harriet, was really helpful. Though we didn’t end up using any of the concierge services, we were happy to know that it was there if we had any problems or needed a hand in reservations, rides and the like. The apartment was spotless, as was the apartment complex, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend VINGT Paris without hesitation. In fact, we’ve already suggested VINGT to friends. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing and affordable experience.
