One of the trailblazers of the real-estate world, Susie Hollands founded her Paris-based property company, VINGT Paris, in 2003. Today, they are the leading agency in the French capital for the international community, helping busy clients from around the world to find their dream home in Paris, the South of France and now globally. Offering the full portfolio of property services, they do everything from buying, selling and rentals to property management, corporate relocation and interior design, specialising in the luxury market.
Born in the Scottish Borders, Susie graduated with an MA in history from Stirling University before going on to work for a tech company in the City of London. Having always had a great love for Paris, however, she eventually decided to relocate to the city – initially running her own successful art gallery. But when she spotted a gap in the market for a service-focused property company in the French capital, her entrepreneurial spirit took hold – and the rest, as they say, is history.
Today, as CEO of VINGT Paris, Susie heads up a multinational, multilingual team from prestigious offices in the heart of Paris. A leading figurehead in the industry, she is also known as someone who constantly strives to set the benchmark for best practice. Consequently, she is often featured in the international press, including such prestigious publications as the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Evening Standard, The Times and The Telegraph, and in leading industry reports.
In summary, having sold and managed literally millions of euros in real estate, helped to mentor and coach countless agents and formed a global network through her partnerships all over the world, Susie is able to deliver the best results possible for her clients – and all whilst maintaining the highest ethical standards too.
