So, the first thing that we want to say to all our tenants is thank you for your patience and understanding as we have navigated our way through the past few weeks. Also, we hope that you are coping okay with everything – and managing to find solutions to any issues that have come from this period of confinement – and that all is well on a personal level.
As always, we want you to know that you can get in touch whenever you need us. It seems we have managed to speak to most of you during this time – and we’ll be speaking to more in the coming days.
Keeping in close contact with our tenants has always been very important to us and that remains the case now. So don’t hesitate to pick up the phone or drop us an email.
On a logistical level, we wanted to let you know that we have been managing the day-to-day running of our properties very smoothly during this time. As some of you may know, we manage a portfolio of some 200 properties across the French capital, so it was important to set in place new measures to ensure the safety and well-being of all concerned.
As always, we continue to work with our trusted network of contacts for any important repairs or urgent work needed. So, whether you need assistance with maintenance, house-keeping or even just a personal matter – such as a recommendation for a doctor – we are here to help with all issues.
