The apartment was very beautifully decorated with a great room layout. We were a party of eight and it was an excellent size, so very relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing. The site was easy to navigate; the information provided before our arrival was complete and to our satisfaction; and our contact person, Harriet, was really helpful. Though we didn’t end up using any of the concierge services, we were happy to know that it was there if we had any problems or needed a hand in reservations, rides and the like. The apartment was spotless, as was the apartment complex, and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. We would absolutely recommend VINGT Paris without hesitation. Let me first say that my wife and I were travelling with our six children (aged eight to 19) and you cannot imagine our joy and relief when we found Harriet waiting at the apartment to welcome us! Although it shows a little more wear than the photos on the website indicate, the apartment is delightful and did not disappoint in any way. The plumbing is very good (I know that sounds typically American, but it was a blessing), the kitchen is more than adequate and the decor is beautiful. What shines even more than the apartment is the neighborhood itself. The Marais is a delight, full of numerous patisseries, shops, charcuteries and various other treats to be discovered. Harriet checked in on us via e-mail several times and also made a restaurant reservation for us. It was comforting to know that we had someone to contact in case of any circumstance. Our one regret was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Susie was always quick to reply to questions and her replies were informative, lengthy (in a good way!) and realistic. At two particular points, the company’s services shone through: First when, after two hours of agonising over the shortlist, Susie and one of her associates snapped into action and ultimately found me my apartment from a fresh lead at the last minute. I couldn’t believe that they came up with a result. We only had a half day left but Susie really impressed me with her energetic attitude. Second, I was impressed by Susie’s punctuality. It sounds so small but it’s so important in sending out the right message to a client. Really, the service has been great and I look forward to continuing our relationship for a long time. I feel I still have so much to do!
