Paris Takes the Top Spot as Europe’s Most Promising Property Market

Strike Whilst the Paris Market is Hot! Paris has stolen London’s crown as Europe’s top property market, according to a leading index of Europe’s most promising property hotspots. London house prices fell in September, driven by value drops in most expensive boroughs allowing Paris to knock the UK capital into second place for the first time in four years with the London market looking set for a bumpy Brexit ride of uncertainty. In general, French and German cities rose in the rankings as their economies outperformed and labour market reforms in France helped push unemployment down, boosting consumer demand and stoking the property market.
