An end-of-year note from our CEO

In a special note to clients, colleagues and friends, our founder and CEO, Susie Hollands, reflects on an exciting year – and looks ahead to what comes next…

Firstly, a big thank to you all for being a part of the VINGT Paris story this year. I have always believed that the people are the most important part of any business – whether clients, staff or partners – and I value our relationship with every single one of you. In fact, I am fortunate to consider many of you my friends.

Also, I wanted to touch briefly on our plans for the year ahead – which looks like a promising one for us all. With the revival of Paris as one of the most desirable cities in the world – thanks to everything from Brexit and the improved business conditions to the forthcoming Olympics – there has truly never been a better time to live and work here.

For my part, over the last year, I have been keen to strengthen my business to offer an even higher level of capability, depth and service within the Central Paris and wider French and global market. Looking ahead, I am now particularly keen to further build our lettings and property management business, bearing in mind that about 85% of our buyers then go on to rent their property with us. As such, my aim is to raise the level of service provided to our landlord clients to be commensurate with the levels expected of a Paris luxury brand.

To enable this, I am pleased to announce our unrivalled marketing and operational division. Working with over 200 landlords across the capital, our new Corporate Lettings and International Relocation Team is also busy handling some 200 enquiries a week from global blue-chip companies and institutions relocating employees into Paris.

As for me personally, I will continue to be at the forefront of our Rue Saint-Honoré office, where we offer a full range of Estate Agency services, promoting my vision of a service that non-resident buyers deserve when coming to Paris. Having lived and worked here for 16 years, I am delighted that VP is now in a position of greater strength to offer our clients and applicants the incredible opportunities that lie ahead in the revival of Paris as the No.1 in the world’s finest international locations.

Finally, as I have said to you before, don’t wait to buy in Paris – just buy in Paris and wait – because the best is yet to come. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
