Paris Pride

As long-time supporters of the annual Paris Pride event, VINGT Paris was delighted to host a champagne brunch, in partnership with luxury developers Caudwell Collection, especially for the occasion.

Held in the prestigious setting of the Turner Room at the British Council building, right in the heart of Paris, this relaxed event was the perfect start to the day’s festivities.

As well as the room being beautifully decorated for the event, with rainbow-coloured sashes, flags and bunting, attendees were gifted with bespoke T-shirts and multi-coloured sunglasses.

“Here at VINGT Paris, we have long been proud supporters of this important annual event,” says founder and CEO of the company, Susie Hollands. “So we were thrilled to have the opportunity to celebrate in this way with friends, colleagues, partners and clients.

“I would like to extend my thanks to everyone who joined us, on what was the hottest day of the year – and, in particular, to our friends at the Caudwell Collection and the British Council. Last but not least, I would like to say a special thank you to our UK ambassador, Rhodri Ellis Owen, who worked so hard to make our Pride party such a success.”

During the event, guests chatted over chilled champagne and colourful canapés, while also enjoying the fabulous view over central Paris and the Eiffel Tower.

In addition, director of the British Council France, Bob Lewis, gave an inspiring speech in which he spoke about the important values promoted by Paris Pride.

“As director of the British Council here in France, equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our own values,” explains Bob. “So, this is not just an annual event but a day-to-day way of life for us.

“As such, we were delighted to celebrate with VINGT Paris at the Paris Pride brunch and then to enjoy the parade with the British Embassy team and the Love is GREAT bus.”

As well as paying homage to Paris Pride, the champagne brunch was also held to mark the launch to the market of the stunning new development, Parc du Cap, in the south of France.

Paris PrideWith easy connections to Paris, this exclusive residence is found in the exclusive and highly desirable area of Cap d’Antibes, on the French Riviera. Only moments from the beach, these elegant apartments all have private terraces, enjoying garden or pool views, whilst the penthouses have substantial outdoor entertaining space with private swimming pools and panoramic sea views.

“We at the Caudwell Collection have built a beautiful development, on the Cap d’Antibes, which we hope will be appreciated by all, with a few who will call it home!” says Megan Copley, international sales manager at the Caudwell Collection, who co-hosted the event. “From the Riviera to Paris for this beautiful, sunny and colourful day, we had a great time celebrating equality and diversity in conjunction with VINGT and the British Council.”
